Essay competition results 26.07.2012

In June 2012, CIPDD announced an essay competition "I and Elections" and invited 11^thand 12^th grade high school students to participate. The competition was carried out with financial support of the Council of Europe

On 26-30 January, a training on "Project writing and working with donors" was held in Borjomi. The training participants were representatives of 4 regions of Georgia: Adjara, Samtskhe-Javakheti, Kvemo Kartli and Shida Kartli municipal bodies. Regional meetings are held in the frames of the project "The Local Community and Government for Local Development" in partnership with the Brot für die Welt.

Within the framework of the youth development program in the Mtskheti training center, another training was held on the topic: "The role of cultural diversity in democratic processes"

The Caucasian Institute for Peace, Democracy and Development CIPDD, with the support of the German foundation "Bread for the World", has started implementing a new project to empower women and disabled people living in Adjara.
